Ms. Neha Kamble holding for Mr. S.V. Adwant, learned counsel submits that Mr. Adwant is going to appear in these matters on behalf of respondent no.1 and seeks time to file Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.1.

Having regard to the submissions of both the sides, the Registry is directed to remove the name of Mr. A.S. Bajaj appearing for respondent no.1 and the name of Mr. S.V. Adwant be shown for respondent no.1 in these matters.
