Perused the application.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant. It is his submission that the petition was dismissed for non removal of office objection by order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 11/11/2024. He further makes statement that notice was not issued to respondents. He, therefore, seeks dispension of the notice to the respondents. 3.

In view of the fact that the petition was not issue to the respondents, notice of this application to the respondents stands dispensed with.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant has satisfactorily explained the delay of 95 days in causing application 985.ca3388.25.odt

for restoration of the petition. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove office objections within a period of two weeks. If office objections are not removed within this period, petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
