Respondents No.3 and 4 have presented affidavit-inreply today in the Court and in paragraphs no.2 and 3, it is recorded thus:

"2 I say that, after filing of the earlier affidavit in reply present deponent came to know the judgment passed by this Hon'ble High Court. I say that, in view of the ratio laid down by this Hon'ble High Court the present deponent will consider the claim of the petitioner as per rules subject to decision of the Caste Scrutiny Committee.

I say that, I have due respect for the order passed by this Hon'ble High Court. I say that, since present deponent was not aware about the judgment delivered by this Hon'ble High Court. Therefore, earlier affidavit was filed."

{2} wp152715.odt In view of the assurance given by concerned Respondents in the affidavit-in-reply, grievance raised by the petitioner, in the instant petition, stands redressed. Respondents No.3 and 4 shall consider claim of the petitioner in accordance with the rules subject to the decision of the Scrutiny Committee, within a period of four weeks from today.
