Mr. Murkute, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal was filed before the Deputy Director of Land Records against the order passed by the District Superintendent of Land Records. The appeal filed by the petitioner was not entertained.

Erroneously it was observed that the appeal is filed against the order condoning the delay, however, the District Superintendent of Land Records has condoned the delay and also decided the appeal on merits. The petitioner has filed the Revision against the order passed by the Deputy Director of Land Records in the year 2019. The same is pending with the State Government (at page 23).

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 4.

As the petitioner has already availed the revisional remedy, the authority where the revision is pending shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and after hearing all the parties concerned expeditiously if possible within four months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
