The matter was moved by praecipe for stay of the operation of order passed by this court on 08/03/2023. The learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that he wants to challenge before the Hon'ble Apex Court by way of SLP and therefore, sought stay of this order for a period of four weeks.

On the contrary, the learned counsel for the appellants in both these appeals strongly opposed the application on the ground that a civil application needs to be fled for grant of such relief by

2 928 ca 2000-23+ respondent No.3 and by merely moving the matter in such manner will not suffce the purpose.

However, since the respondent No.3 wants to challenge the order passed by this court before the Hon'ble Apex Court and therefore, considering his statutory right, the operation of order dated 08/03/2023 is stayed for further period of two weeks. It is made clear that there will not be any continuation of stay thereafter.
