Learned counsel for petitioner states that the name of Respondent No.3 appears in the voters list of Gevrai Municipal Council. The Respondent No.6 is also contesting the elections of Beed Zilla Parishad. The name of Respondent No.6 is required to be deleted from voters list of Beed Zilla Parishad. 3.

Mr.Shelke, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.4 and 5 submits that the petitioner is required to raise objection in form No.7. If the objection is raised by filing form No.7, the same would

be considered by the Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Learned A.G.P. also adopts the same arguments. 5.

The polling is on 16.2.2017. The voters list was published on 12.1.2017 and finalised on 21.1.2017. The petitioner could have raised objection to the provisional voters list in form No.7. The polling is on 16.2.2017. At this 11th hour, no orders can be passed without hearing the Respondent No.6.

In light of the above, the grievance of the petitioner can not be considered. The petitioner is at liberty to raise objection as is permissible in law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
