WP_2292_2024 today. The said statement is taken as undertaking. The writ petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of six months from today.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner to file appropriate Vakalatnama within a period of one week and to deposit costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Library of Bar Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad, within one week.
