We have heard Mr. Yeramwar, the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

The orders are already passed to relieve the petitioner and join at the transferred place. The Commissioner has also passed the order.

Mr. Yeramwar, the learned advocate submits that, inspite of orders, the petitioner is not relieved.

The learned A. G. P. submits that, as the educational academic sessions is coming to an end and if the petitioner is relieved from the school, the annual educational evaluation of

2 wp 2071.22 students will be hampered. It would not be possible for new teacher to prepare the educational academic valuation of the students.

Considering the difficulty expressed by respondents, we pass following order.

The respondent No. 4 shall relieve the petitioner before mid April 2022 so as to join at the transferred place. 7.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
