Heard. This is an application for bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant claims to have apprehension of being arrested in connection with Crime No.0007/2021, registered with Kotwali Police Station, Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 409, 467, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act.

The learned A.P.P. has strong reservations to grant

the application, considering the magnitude of the offence. 3.

The applicant is a woman. There are in all 18 accused. 16 of them have been granted anticipatory bail. One who is alleged to have played major role was arrested and is now on bail. The applicant being a woman and on investigation the charge sheet has been filed, and similarly placed co-accused having been granted anticipatory bail, the application is allowed.

The order dated 9/2/2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the applicant is made absolute. 4.

The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall appear before the investigating officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation. (R.G. AVACHAT, J.) fmp/-
