The petitioners are the original Judgment Debtor in R.D.No.40/2011 pending on the file of Jt. Civil Judge (J.D.), Newasa.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that, the petitioners, by this writ petition, only pray that, while taking possession of the decretal property, no damage be caused to the property owned and possessed by the petitioners/Judgment Debtors.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with a liberty to move a similar application before the Executing Court in the Regular Darkhast No.40/2011. 4.

Leave granted. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
