ORAL ORDER :

This petition is filed for compliance of order made by this Court in Writ Petition no.4537/2013. By order date 16.6.2016, this Court had directed the competent authority to redetermine the application of the petitioners in accordance with law and the period was fixed.

Today the learned A.G.P. has produced on record copy of final award prepared by the Special Land Acquisition Officer showing that on 14.2.2018 he prepared the final award.

C.P. No.191/2017 (( 2 )) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, he wants to ascertain as to whether the award is passed as per the claim made by the petitioners. This contention cannot be considered in the present matter, in this proceedings. This Court has to consider whether the order made by this Court is complied with substantially. As the final award is delivered, nothing remains in the present proceedings.
