The Applicant-Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust Shirdi has put forth prayer Clause 'B', which reads as under:- "B.

This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.69, passed by the Ld. Ad-hoc Committee in it's meeting dtd. 11.01.2024 pursuant to which the Ld. Ad-hoc Committee has given its approval for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for the year 2024-2029 of the CT Scan Machine installed at Shree Sai Baba Hospital for which an estimated cost of Rs.1,86,92,180/- is likely to incur."

It is informed that the estimated cost mentioned in the prayer clause is for the maintenance of the CT Scan Machine for a period of five years i.e. 2024-2029. The learned Principal District Judge has approved the Resolution No.69.

In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B'.
