Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an alternate efficacious remedy of filing appeal appeal so as to take exception to the order passed by Tahasildar, Shirur Anantpal. 3.

We have considered the pleadings in the petition, grounds taken therein and the arguments on behalf of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. We are not inclined to entertain this

2 24p-wp1476-18 petition. However, we grant limited protection to the petitioner, if mutation entries i.e. ME 1456 and ME 1457 mentioned in the notice dated 2nd February, 2018 are already taken, they shall not be cancelled till 13.02.2018.

With the above observations, petition stands rejected. 5.
