The Applicant-Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust Shirdi has put forth prayer Clause 'B', which reads as under:- "B.

This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.06 & 07 dtd. 03.01.2024 and Resolution No.86 dtd. 11.01.2024 for spending Rs.3,34,85,442/- than the granted amount in Civil Application No.11374 of 2023."

The learned Principal District Judge, who is the Head of the Ad-hoc Committee, has approved both the Resolutions. 3.

In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B'.
