Dated: August 04, 2016 ...

PER COURT :- 1.

Heard learned A.G.P. And the learned Counsel appearing for respondents i.e. original claimants. Delay of 503 days has occurred in filing the appeal by the State. Learned A.G.P. submitted that in obtaining sanction for filing appeal and seeking approval from Law and Judiciary Department, time was consumed and that is the reason that the appeal could not be filed within the stipulated period of limitation. Learned Counsel appearing for the claimants has opposed for condonation of delay, however, for the reasons stated in the application which, according to me are just and sufficient, the delay is condoned. The appeal be registered in accordance with law. Civil Application for condonation of delay stands disposed of. 2.
