The application is filed for modification of the order made by this Court on 14.10.2008. When this Court had directed the appellant/husband to deposit Rs. 1,000/- per month during the pendency of second appeal, prayer is made to reduce the amount to make it Rs. 500/- per month. Nobody present for appellants. This amount is to be deposited as maintenance. In view of this circumstance and as appeal is very old, appeal itself can be taken up for final hearing. So, the application is rejected. 2.

List the second appeal for final disposal on 14.9.2016 in urgent category.
