Present writ petition takes exception to the order dated 6.1.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge, J.D. Gangapur in Regular Civil Suit No.347 of 2019 below Exhibit 31, whereby application of petitioners for impleading them as party in R.C.S. No.347 of 2019 has been rejected. 2.

It appears that, after rejection of present application, R.C.S. No.347 of 2019 has been disposed off in view of the Award passed in Lok-Adalat.

In that view of the matter, keeping all remedies and contentions open for petitioners, to be agitated before the
