Mr. A. S. Gandhi h/f Mr. P. P. Mandlik, Advocate for the petitioner Mr. S. W. Munde, AGP for respondents No. 1 and 2 .....

WITH CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 4084 OF 2003 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 1669 OF 2003 CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

DATED : 19TH SEPTEMBER, 2019 PER COURT:- 1.

On 13.04.2004, this Court has specifically recorded, while admitting the petition, that the vehicle is already sold in public auction. On 31.08.2019, I had granted a last chance to the petitioner to take instructions.

2.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, he has not received instructions and seeks time.

2 WP1669.2003 3.

I do not find that any issue survives in this petition. The same is therefore disposed off as being infructuous. Rule is discharged.

4.

Pending Civil Application No. 4084 of 2003 stands disposed off.

5.

In the event, the petitioner comes before this Court with a civil application contending that some issue still survives in this petition, the said application would be considered. [ RAVINDRA V. GHUGE ] JUDGE psg
