Mr.Munde, learned counsel for the Respondent submits that petitioner has an alternate remedy before the D.R.T., Aurangabad. 3.

In light of that, we are not inclined

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy before the D.R.T., Aurangabad.

Interim order passed on 6.3.2017 shall continue for a period of two (2) weeks from today. Needless to state that after completion of two (2) weeks, interim protection granted by this Court shall come to an end. No costs.
