The Applicant-Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust Shirdi has put forth prayer Clause 'B', which reads as under:- "B.

This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.78 passed by the Ld. Ad-Hoc Committee vide it's meeting dtd. 11.01.2024 for purchasing Vegetables for the Shree Sai Prasadalay for the year 20242025 by way of E-Tender for which an estimated cost of Rs.2,21,00,000/- is likely to be incurred."

We have perused Resolution No.78, which is approved by the learned Principal District Judge, Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee.

In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B'.
