The learned A. G. P. on instructions submits that, the tribe claim of the petitioner is invalidated on 08th December, 2021. 3.

In view of the said statement made, nothing survives for adjudication in the present matter. The petitioner may assail the order of the Committee as may be permissible in law. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
