Applicant is convicted of the offence punishable under Section 409 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. and has been sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two years and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/- in default to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one month. The Appellate Court has dismissed the appeal.

Considering the quantum of sentence, I am inclined to suspend the sentence. Substantive sentence is suspended till the disposal of the revision. Applicant be released on PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. Bail in the trial Court. Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
