Upon perusal of the averments in the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of respondent nos.2, 4 and 5, it appears that the purpose of filing the petition has been served. There is a statement in the reply, that the salary bill of the petitioner will be processed within four weeks. 3.
We direct, all concerned to process and disburse arrears of salary to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, however, within six weeks from today.

With these directions and observations, the petition stands disposed of.
