The petitioner appearing through his father, is an applicant for the Thakur Schedule Tribe Certificate. His application is dated 03.11.2022. He prays for a direction to the SDO to expeditiously decide his application.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let the respondent / SDO follow the due procedure laid down in Law and if the petitioner is found to be eligible and entitled, he shall issue a Thakur Schedule Tribe Certificate, on or before 31.03.2023.
