The petitioner is a 12 year old student who has filed this petition through her father, praying for a writ of mandamus to decide the application seeking Thakur ST certificate dated 09.12.2022. 2.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect the respondent to follow the due procedure laid down in Law and only after being convinced that the petitioner is entitled for the Thakur ST certificate, would issue the same as expeditiously as possible.
