The petitioner is informed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Amalner to file a online application for seeking the corrected Tribe certificate.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let the Petitioner file an online application and the same would be considered by the Sub-Divisional Officer.

The original application containing the spelling mistake of "Tokre Koli" shall be surrendered by the Petitioner by collecting the same from the Competent Committee at Nandurbar. Upon making such application, the competent committee can release the original cancelled certificate of the Petitioner within five days from receiving the application. On tendering such original cancelled certificate to the Sub-Divisional Officer, the Sub-Divisional Officer would verify the
