The applicant / original respondent prays for an early final hearing in Writ Petition No. 10614/2010. It is stated that the applicant is 65 years old and has already passed the age of superannuation. He has succeeded before the Labour Court in Complaint (ULP) No.248 of 2004, as well as before the Industrial Court in Revision (ULP) No.8 of 2010. Recently, he has undergone angioplasty and is suffering from heart ailment. 2.

Writ Petitions instituted on 1989 onwards are pending final hearing before this Court. The instant petition is instituted on 29.10.2010. 3.

Since, this petition cannot be heard out of turn, the Civil Application is rejected. However, the applicant is at liberty to renew his request in the opening week of June, 2015.
