Heard both sides.

In view of the order passed by this Court on 8th March, 2016, the learned A.P.P. placed for perusal of this court the purported statement of the complainant recorded on 17th December, 2015 by the P.S.O. of Dindrud Police Station. The said statement would show that for non-refund of the advance obtained by the father of the victim, the victim on her own went with the applicant and that she was not abducted.

Considering all the facts on record, the custodial interrogation of the present applicant is not required. In the circumstances, the interim protection granted to the applicant by this Court vide order dated 9th February, 2016 is hereby made absolute on same terms and conditions.

The present application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
