The claim of the petitioner of belonging to Thakur Scheduled Tribe is pending, filed sometime in 2003. For almost 19 years, the petitioner has not exercised his right for a speedy adjudication. Now that he is superannuating on 31.03.2023, that he has filed this petition since there is a likelihood that his retiral benefits may get stuck if the validity certificate is not issued.

The learned Advocate for the Committee submits that the Vigilance Cell Enquiry is over. Report is served. A written reply is khs/Feb.2023/1545

- 2 - already tendered by the petitioner on 03.05.2015. 3.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- [a] The petitioner would appear before the competent Committee on 21.02.2023 at 12.00 noon.
