Mr. Bhavthankar, learned counsel for respondent No.3, on instructions, submits that new marks memo is ready wherein sports marks are added and unless the petitioner returns old marks memo, new marks memo cannot be issued. The present writ petition is for issuance of marks memo adding sports marks in the S.S.C. marks memo. If is for the petitioner to submit old marks memo to the Board. 2.

In the light of above, writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner may submit original old marks memo to the Board and obtain fresh one wherein sports marks are added. Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
