Both the parties agree that the instant petitions arise out of the similar facts and the issue involved is also the same, as has been dealt with by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.10027/16 and other companion matters decided on 4.7.2017.

For the reasons recorded while disposing of the aforesaid writ petitions, the instant petitions also deserves to be disposed of. Hence the following order:-

ORDER

The respondent/Pharmacy Council of India/Maharashtra Pharmacy Council and its agents are directed to grant registration to petitioners/students as a Pharmacist s in accordance with law, as early as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from the completion of all formalities by the petitioners/students.

The petitioners/students to comply with all the formalities including payment of fees and take necessary steps to get appropriate registration from the Pharmacy Council of India at the earliest.

This order shall be subject to final order of the Supreme Court.
