Inspite of service, none appears for the respondent. 3.

This application is filed by the applicant-wife seeking transfer of matrimonial proceeding bearing Marriage Petition No.A-444 of 2024, from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Nanded.

It is case of the applicant-wife that, she is residing with her old aged parents at Nanded. The distance between two places is around 300 k.m. She thus finds it difficult to attend the Court at Pune as there is no

( 2 ) one to accompany her to travel to Aurangabad. He thus prays for allowing the application.

This Court finds that the respondent-husband has no serious objection to transfer of the proceeding. Considering the grounds stated above, following order:-

ORDER

(i) Misc. Civil Application stands allowed.

(ii) The proceedings of Marriage Petition No.A-444 of 2024, from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad stands transferred to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Nanded. (iii) After transfer of the proceeding, the applicant shall not seek unnecessary adjournments. In case the Trial Court finds that the adjournments are unnecessarily sought, the Trial Court may deal with such application, so as to compensate the respondent-husband, if he personally remains present.

(iv) Whenever request is made by the respondent-husband seeking permission to appear through video conferencing, the same shall be

( 3 ) considered liberally by the trial Court.
