Though the learned Counsel for the petitioners has requested to take up this matter for hearing, however, the fact remains that the last date of withdrawal of nominations is scheduled today by 3.00 p.m. Even if this matter is heard, in any case, it is not possible to decide it before 3.00 p.m. today.

In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the elections by fling Election Petition, if they so desire.
