Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The contempt is alleged of the orders dated 8th November 2021 and 13th September 2023. The learned AGP points out that in view of the orders, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 i.e. the Secretary of the Institution and Head Master were only to send a proposal for approval to the Education Officer-Respondent No.3.

The learned AGP has placed on record a communication dated 19th April 2024 showing that the proposal was sent by the management for

Ethape ( 2 ) 52-CP-179-2024 approval of the petitioner and the said is considered by the Education Officer. The Education Officer has taken a decision holding that no approval can be granted to the petitioner on the post of peon. It is further made clear that, the responsibility of the salary and other allowances would be on the management. It is thus submitted that the orders are already complied with and nothing survives in the contempt petition.

This Court is satisfied that nothing survives in the contempt petition in view of the decision taken by the Respondent No.3 dated 19th April 2024. Thus, nothing remains in the contempt petition. The Contempt Petition stands disposed off as such. [KISHORE C. SANT, J.]
