DATE : 8th DECEMBER, 2021 PER COURT :- The claim of the petitioner as "Thakur" Scheduled Tribe is invalidated.

The caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated by common Judgment dated 29-01-2020. Under said Judgment, caste claims of one Mr. Gaurav Gajanan Shinde and Mr. Devidas Ramesh Shinde were also invalidated. They filed writ petition Nos. 2465 of 2021 and 2467 of 2021. This Court under order dated 03-12-2021 directed the Committee to issue validity certificates to them.

We have heard learned AGP.

4. Under the common judgment, the caste claim of the present petitioner, so also, the caste claims of Mr. Gaurav Shinde and Mr. Devidas Shinde are invalidated. It would appear that real paternal cousins of the petitioner are issued with validity certificates under the orders of this Court in the Writ Petition referred to above. 5.

For the reasons recorded under judgment dated 03-12-2021 in the

1033-WP-2466-21.odt writ petition Nos. 2465 of 2021 and 2467 of 2021, we follow the same course and pass the following order.

:: ORDER ::

1.

The committee shall issue validity certificate to the petitioner of "Thakur" Scheduled Tribe.

2.

The said validity certificate shall be subject to the decision that would be taken by the Committee in the proceedings re-opened of the validity holders relied by the petitioner.

3.

Writ petition is disposed of no costs.
