The learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed application seeking rental compensation with respondent no.2 (Page 25). Learned A.G.P. for respondents no.1 to 3. 2.

In case the application seeking rental compensation is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and after hearing all concerned parties expeditiously, preferably within one year. 3.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
