Applicant Nos. 1 and 2 respectively are ready to deposit amount of Rs.30,000/- and Rs. 20,000/- as has been noticed against them by auditor as is reflected in the F.I.R. within period of one week from today in Dhule and Nandurbar District Primary Teachers' Cooperative Credit Society Ltd., Dhule. 2.

The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 41 of 2015 registered with Taloda Police Station, District Nandurbar for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 408, 409, 477, 477(A) read with Section 34 of of Indian Penal Code.

The offence came to be registered against the applicants they being employees of the Credit Society and it is noticed that the amount of defalcation noted against them in the F.I.R. is Rs.30,000/- and Rs.20,000/- respectively alongwith other accused persons. 4.

The applicants have shown their bonafide as observed herein above by giving undertaking to deposit the above referred amount within period of one week. In view thereof, detention of the applicants is not necessary. Hence, the following order:- In the event of arrest, the applicants be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. 41 of 2015 registered with Taloda Police Station, District Nandurbar for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 408, 409, 477, 477(A) read with Section 34 of of Indian Penal Code, upon executing P.R. bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount, by each of them. The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on 24th February and 25th February, 2016 in between 10-00 a.m. to 12-00 noon and thereafter as and when called.
