The petitioner seeks transfer of the proceedings. 2.

Mr. Latange, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already approached the Commissioner by filing application for transfer on 28-01-2022.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the Commissioner is the competent authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner.

In light of that, the petitioner may prosecute the said application with Commissioner in accordance with law. The Commissioner shall consider the application on its own merits and after hearing all the parties concerned expeditiously.
