We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

As limited relief is claimed, we are not entering into the merits of the arguments canvased by the learned counsel for

The respondent No. 3 shall decide the application of the petitioner dated 31.12.2012 on its own merits, in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from today. All contentions of respective parties are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
