VERSUS

RAHUL NARAYAN BHARADE ...

Advocate for the Applicant : Shri Chavan Sudhir K. Advocate for the Respondent : Shri Dinesh Manwathkar h/f Shri S.S.Randive.

...

CORAM: RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

DATE :- 28th March, 2019 Per Court:

The learned counsel for the Respondent/ husband has specifically stated in paragraph 8 of his affidavit in reply dated 20.07.2018 that Divorce Petition P.A. No.1164/2017 filed by him before the Family Court at Pune can be transferred to the court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Beed, instead of Ambajogai. The learned counsel for the Applicant/ wife submits, on instructions, that the Applicant is agreeable. In view of the above, this Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. P.A. No.1164/2017 shall be transferred from the Family Court at Pune to the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed. Both the parties shall appear before the said Court at Beed on 12.04.2019.

*2* 902mca46o18 Since I have perused the pleadings of the parties and I find that the only difficulty with the Applicant/ wife is that she is unable to come to terms with her mother-in-law, I do not find that for such a reason, the marriage could be sacrificed. The learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed shall, therefore, refer this dispute to the Mediator to explore the possibility of saving the marriage.
