In paragraph 10, order passed by the trial Court in bail application no.1/2024 is quashed and set aside. 3.

Learned advocate for applicant points out that trial Court allowed the bail application filed by wife of appellant namely, Ashvini Ramdas Palhal (Accused No.1). 4.

In paragraph 10, after the words "is hereby quashed and set aside", words "to the extent of appellant" be mentioned.
