This petition can be disposed of by

No. 02016 of 2017 directing Chief Officer of Municipal Council, Purna, District Parbhani, to consider and take appropriate decision on the representation tendered by the petitioner on 28th November, 2016 in accordance with provisions of law and relevant regulations, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from today and it is accordingly directed. The decision rendered by the Chief Officer shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of such decision. 02.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
