Affidavit-in-reply has been presented on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4, wherein it has been recorded that Secretary, Agriculture Produce Market Committee has submitted record on 21.03.2018, and now respondent No.4 i.e. Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies would conduct and complete enquiry within four months from today.

A copy of the communication dated 21.03.2018, issued by the Secretary, Agriculture Produce Market Committee is annexed alongwith the affidavit-in-reply.

In view of assurance recorded in the affidavit-in-reply as specified above, the
