The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, since 2009, the validation proceeding is pending. The vigilance is conducted and say is also filed to the vigilance report in the year 2014. As yet the validation proceeding is not decided. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No. 2/Committee on 12.02.2020.

Considering the fact that, the vigilance is conducted in the year 2014 and say is filed to the vigilance report, the respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide the validation proceeding of the

2 wp 2364.20 petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
