Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners.

In response to the simple notice issued to respondent No.3 by this Court vide order dated 13th March, 2019, an affidavit in reply is filed through Dr. Rajendra Shankarrao Mane, Superintendent of Police, Latur. Learned A.G.P. invited our attention to the copy of order passed by Superintendent of Police, Latur dated 3rd August, 2018 placed on record as annexure-R-3. Perusal of this order shows that the decision taken by the State Government based on the Government Notification dated 28th September, 2010 providing the amount against basic salary plus 60% of special pay to the part time sweepers and petitioners name find place in the list at serial Nos. 22 and 37 and amount referred against their names is Rs.3416/- respectively.

( 3 ) As the decision is taken by the State Government, it can safely be stated that the order of this Court is duly complied with. Neeless to state that in case, the petitioners are having any grievance against the order dated 3rd August, 2018, they are at liberty to take appropriate steps by approaching the competent forum including any judicial forum if so advised. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
