Learned Counsel Shri Avinash Barhate Patil submitted that during pendency of this application, the Investigating Offcer has fled charge-sheet in the Court of concerned learned Magistrate. He, therefore, submitted that permission be given to him to withdraw this application with liberty to fle a fresh application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
