Registry to send back the Record and Proceedings to the trial Court. Upon receiving the Record and Proceedings, the trial Court shall prepare Paper Book and send it back with the original Record and Proceedings to this Court, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of three months from today.

Upon receipt of the Paper Book and the original Record and Proceedings by the Registry of this Court, liberty to mention for hearing of the appeal granted.
