The petitioners are seeking directions to respondent nos.2 and 3, to consider their appointment as Assistant Teachers from the initial date of appointment for all future purposes. He submits that the present issue is covered under the order dated 21.08.2018, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4930 of 2014. Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 also accepted the same fact; but submitted that prayer clause (B) in this petition was not granted by this Court in the aforesaid order. She, however, submitted that prayer clause (A) mayn be granted.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
