The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner is pending with respondent No.3/Education Officer since the year 2017. The same is not yet considered by respondent No.3.

The learned Addl. Govt. Pleader accepts notice for respondents/ State.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner (Page-38) is pending with respondent No.3/Education Officer, the respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
