By this application, applicant seeks suspension of substantive sentence of 05 years imprisonment, awarded to the applicant vide order dated 25/01/2023, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon, in Sessions Case No.182/2012. 3.

During the course of trial applicant was on bail and she has not misused the facility of bail. Applicant being woman and sentence being short-term imprisonment, application is allowed. 4.

Substantive sentence of imprisonment of applicant is hereby suspended. Applicant be released on executing Personal Bond of Rs.15,000/-, with one surety in the like amount. (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.) SVH
